Integration requirements mapping
We map every system, data flow, and consumer the API must serve: what information moves, in which direction, how often, and what happens when something fails. The integration landscape is documented before design begins, because APIs built on assumptions break on contact.

API design and specification
We design the API contract first: endpoints, schemas, authentication, versioning, and error handling, documented in a specification both sides can build against. A clear contract lets consuming teams start work in parallel and holds everyone accountable.

Development and integration testing
Development follows the specification, with integration testing against real consuming systems rather than mocks alone. Rate limiting, monitoring hooks, and failure handling are built in from the start, because production is where APIs earn their keep.
