We start where procurement starts: the requirements. Every deliverable, standard, and constraint gets documented and agreed, with stakeholder roles mapped so approvals have a path. Public projects fail on scope ambiguity more than on execution, so ambiguity is what we remove first.

Design proceeds with WCAG conformance built in, not audited in later: semantic structure, contrast, keyboard flows, and plain-language content standards. Decisions get documented as they're made, because your project may outlast its stakeholders.

Temper And Forge helped us launch our new website — during the discovery phase, they asked questions about our primary goals and helped us shape the vision together. Using our refreshed brand style guide, they developed three different options for how to execute on the website, then built everything out in Figma before moving to development.
