This Privacy Policy describes how Temper And Forge, LLC ("Temper And Forge," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit temperandforge.com (the "Site") or communicate with us. By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described here.

Information you provide. When you contact us through a form, by email, or by scheduling a conversation, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, phone number, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and actions taken on the Site.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

If you are in a jurisdiction with an appeals process, you may appeal a decision by replying to our response, and we will escalate the review.

The Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track or similar browser signals. You can limit tracking through your browser's cookie controls and the opt-out tools described above.

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in the United States, and information collected through the Site is processed in the United States.
