The pitch that wins a boardroom loses a classroom. Temper And Forge builds messaging that wins both rooms.

All Work

How We Work With EdTech

01

Audience and market mapping

We chart who influences the sale and who signs it: teachers who champion, administrators who approve, districts that procure, and the investors watching growth. EdTech positioning fails when it speaks one dialect, so the map comes before the message.

02

Positioning for both registers

The product story gets built in two registers with one backbone: pedagogy and outcomes for educators, market and metrics for buyers and investors. Both versions stay true to the same product, so champions never get contradicted upstairs.

03

Acquisition across the funnel

Programs run where education decisions form: organic search, content that educators share, and paid campaigns timed to budget cycles. The sales cycle in education is seasonal and committee-driven, and the marketing calendar respects both.

04

Growth measurement and cycles

Performance gets measured against the funnel that matters: qualified demos, pilots converted, and seats renewed. Learnings roll into the next cycle, because in EdTech the buying season you miss is a year long.

Utile Design

Temper And Forge helped us launch our new website — during the discovery phase, they asked questions about our primary goals and helped us shape the vision together. Using our refreshed brand style guide, they developed three different options for how to execute on the website, then built everything out in Figma before moving to development. Following launch, we saw significant increases in organic search traffic and time on page. They were always up for a challenge — if we had modifications, they would definitely meet and exceed those — and every team member showed genuine care for their craft.
