Data flow and system mapping
We document what moves between systems, which way it flows, how often, and who owns each field. Most integration failures are really mapping failures, so the diagram gets agreed before any code gets written.

Integration design and limits
The design covers the unglamorous parts that decide reliability: rate limits, pagination, retry logic, idempotency, and what happens when the other side is down. Sync strategy follows the data's real shape, not the demo's.

Build and adversarial testing
The integration gets built and then deliberately broken: duplicate records, partial failures, API changes, and volume spikes. Passing the happy path is table stakes, and production never runs the happy path for long.

Monitoring and drift response
Integrations degrade quietly, so monitoring is part of the deliverable: sync health, error rates, and alerts that reach a human. When a vendor changes their API, you find out from us, not from your users.
