Visual direction and principles
We establish the visual language: type, color, density, and tone, tested against the hardest screens the product has rather than the prettiest ones. A direction that survives the data table will survive anything.

Component-based screen design
Screens get designed from a growing component set, not as one-off canvases. Every element earns reuse, which keeps the interface coherent and makes the eventual design system a byproduct instead of a second project.

High-fidelity screens and states
Key screens reach full fidelity with their states designed: hover, focus, disabled, loading, error, and empty. What engineers receive is the complete behavior of the interface, not a highlight reel of its best moments.

Specs, QA, and design support
Handoff includes measurements, tokens, and interaction notes, and we stay through implementation to review builds against the designs. The gap between designed and shipped is where product quality quietly dies, so we guard it.
