Brand architecture that defines how your brands, products, and sub-brands relate, so every launch has a home.

Portfolio logic, naming structure, and relationship rules for organizations with more than one thing to brand.

Every acquisition and launch asks the same question: whose brand is this? Temper And Forge gives you an answer that scales.

Our Brand Architecture Process

01

Portfolio audit and equity map

We inventory every brand, product, and name in the portfolio and measure what each carries: awareness, equity, contractual constraints, and internal attachment. Architecture built without the equity map moves things that shouldn't move.

02

Relationship model and logic

We define the model: branded house, house of brands, or the hybrid your reality requires, with explicit logic for how offerings relate, endorse, and separate. The model is chosen on strategy and economics, not aesthetics.

03

Naming system and migration

Existing names get mapped to the new structure with migration paths for the ones that must change. The naming system defines how future offerings get named, so the next launch follows a rule instead of starting a debate.

04

Decision rules and governance

The architecture ships with its decision framework: what happens at the next acquisition, the next product line, the next partnership. Architecture earns its cost every time it answers a question before the meeting gets scheduled.

Foodberry

We were rebranding to a new name and needed a website to reflect our updated identity. Temper And Forge built our site using WordPress, matching it to our most recent investor pitch deck so that investors saw the same thing on our site as in our presentations. Communication throughout the project was responsive and transparent — they provided guidance beyond just the immediate deliverables. Our leadership team is very happy with how it came together, and they understand what we want and run with it.
