Coverage design and alerting
We instrument what matters: uptime, transaction paths, performance, and error rates, with alert thresholds tuned to your site's real patterns. Alerts that cry wolf train everyone to ignore them, so tuning is the first deliverable.

Every alert class gets a defined response: who's notified, how fast, and what the playbook says. Severity levels are agreed with you in advance, so a 2am outage and a slow image resize get appropriately different treatment.
