Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mid-Level Web Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong foundation in web design, who is ready to take on more responsibility and contribute to high-impact projects. As a Mid-Level Web Designer, you will work closely with lead designers, developers, and other team members to create visually stunning and highly functional websites that align with our clients’ goals.

Remote: WA, CA, NH, ME, WA, IN, SC

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive websites and web applications from concept to completion.
• Lead design projects and collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet high standards of quality.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in web design and user experience.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and practices.

What We Expect:

• 3+ years of professional working experience.
• A strong portfolio website showcasing your web design expertise and creativity.
• Mastery of Figma; including experience using Auto Layout, Master Components, Design Systems, Variables, Styles, and other mechanisms of best practice.
• Proficiency in other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with user experience (UX) design and a user-centric approach to design.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment.
